Wednesday - Grilled chicken with salad
Thursday - Tilapia with a veggie
Friday - Out to eat with my family
Saturday - Grilled turkey and cheese (so yummy, I have been eating these for lunch ALOT lately)
Sunday - Leftovers
In case you can't tell, I have some chicken that we have to use up this week! I'm trying to mix it up though and not have the same thing every night. This is what happens when unfrozen chicken goes on sale at Kroger.
Where have I been you ask.... BUSY!!! I am so glad to be back home and back to our normal routine.
Joel and I are doing the AdvoCare cleanse again. After weeks of feeding my body JUNK I am so excited to be doing it again! I have taken before pictures and will post them once I am finished with the full 24 days.
Monday: Grilled chicken, grilled corn and asparagus
Tuesday: Garlic pork chops with sauteed veggies and couscous (making it for the first time)
Wednesday: Teriyaki chicken veggies and brown rice
Thursday: Grilled chicken, potatoes and green beans
Friday: Turkey tacos/lettuce wraps
Saturday: Grilled chicken salad
Sunday: Lemon pepper tilapia with rice and veggies
***First of all, I just want to thank my sweet friend Krysten for creating the NEW AND IMPROVED graphic for me! Y'all she is fabulous at what she does. She create Christmas Cards, birthday invites, wedding invitations, etc. If you need something done, she's your girl! She is working on getting her Etsy shop open and once she does, believe me, I will let you know!

Monday: Ghengis Grill
Tuesday: Chicken Cordon Bleu, sweet potato fries and green beans
Wednesday: Tilapia, rice, and carrots
Thursday: Not sure, we have to pick Joel's mom up from the airport don't know what time we will be back
