Calling all Mommies

I am pretty sure Landry is teething. He hasn't been his normal happy self today. He has barely slept, which means only a few 20-30 cat naps, his drooling has gotten worse, I think he has a little fever (I haven't checked it to be sure) and he constantly wants to be held.

I was desperate to get dinner made so I tried using my K'Link to at least get everything started.

It settled him down a little bit, but wasn't quiet doing the trick. I remembered I registered for some Hyland's Teething Tablet.

I read the instructions and gave him two tablet. Have any of you used these before? It seems to be working now, but giving him medicine scares me. He is still so little. Plus, I am not even sure if it is teething, he's not even 3 months old.

How will I know if it is teething? I would appreciate any advice you have on the subject. What did you try that worked or didn't work.

Hands

Landry has officially discovered his hands! I mean he has seen them and realized they are there, but now he realizes that he can control them.

This means they are almost always in his mouth! He stares them down till he is cross-eyed putting them in his mouth.

It is so fun to watch him learn new things. It seems like there is something new everyday!

However, him chewing on his hands has made him a very droolly baby.

I probably should keep a bib on him at all times, but I just don't like them.

'Playing' Outside

It was so beautiful outside this afternoon I decided to take Landry out for part of our playtime.

It took a minute or two of his eyes to adjust to the light (even though we were in the shade), but I think he liked it.

The grass was too stiff for his soft skin so I went back inside and got a blanket.

I for one enjoyed being outside and playing with my little one!

I look forward to playing outside with Landry for years to come!

(He wanted to get the grass. I finally pulled a little piece and let him feel it.)
